Our reservation policies are as follows:
Minimum stay
Big Bear Rv Rentals requires a 2 night minimum stay. 3 nights on holiday weekends.
Refund Policy
Big Bear Rv Rentals is unable to provide refunds for any reason. This includes but is not limited to: late arrivals, early departures, bad weather conditions or personal emergencies.
Payment Methods
Big Bear Rv Rentals gladly accepts the following form of payments: paypal, visa, MasterCard, American Express, discover card or cash, (cash must be paid 7 days in advance).
personal checks accepted if at least 14 days in advance of check in date.
Payment
full payment due at time of reservation on all online bookings. For phone reservations made more then 14 days in advance, a $100 deposit will be charged at time of reservation., $100 is due the day the reservation is made and is non-refundable, no exceptions. The remaining balance is due 14 business days prior to your arrival. If the reservation is made less then 14 days from arrival date, the total amount is due the day the reservation is made and is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your reservation, please notify someone in our office via email or phone, your $100 deposit is non-refundable, no exceptions. If you cancel your reservation under 14 days prior or less, the full amount is non-refundable. No refunds for all online bookings.
Rescheduling Policy
If you must cancel your reservation and don’t want to lose out on the money you have put toward your vacation, BBRVR offers a rescheduling policy. If you have cancelled your reservation and you are less then 15 days from your arrival date, you can reschedule your reservation for a $50 fee. The amount that you have put toward your reservation will be applied to your next reservation with us. Customer has 90 days from the date the reservation was cancelled to reschedule reservation. After 90 days, the reservation and amount paid becomes forfeited.
Generator Use
Generators are NOT provided on base rentals. 4500w inverter generators are available to rent on any Big Bear area rental. Generator will be delivered full. (separate JV generator rental rates apply) The generator is not to be used more than 2-4 hours per day, excess use will result in additional charges. You are not required to refill the tank at the end of your stay.
Pets
BBRVR welcomes your pets. However, if there is any damages done to the trailer, the cost of damage and/or cleaning will be taken out of security deposit. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. a pet fee of $20 per reservation, per pet will be added to your reservation. If we discover you have pets and did not disclose them with us you will be charged a $100 fee.
Cleaning
All that is required from our customers is basic clean up. Before checking out of our trailer, please sweep the floor, wipe down the counters, wash and put away dishes if used and throw away and remove your trash. If these requirements are not met an additional $100 cleaning fee may apply.
Damages
Renter is responsible for any and all damages to RV during your stay, even things out of your control. We take into account normal wear and tear and you may not be charged for items deemed normal wear and tear.
important notice!
Generators are no longer included free on off-grid rentals. You won't need a generator with our upgraded dual 6v batteries and 100-150w solar packages included on all our trailers. we do offer generator rentals if you need one.
*Due to local noise restrictions on generators, Air conditioning can only be used if your campsite has full RV electric hook ups. NO AC use off generator power allowed. Please respect the peace & quiet of the campground.

Ipad or tablet with preloaded movies from Netflix etc, this allows you to watch movies without generator or campsite power.
DVD player or game system for playing media, our trailers are equipped with TVs and a HDMI cable to plug your own media into the tv. we do not provide dvd or media players of any kind.
